This is the brioche version of (p, yo, k) in one stitch.

A brioche purl with the original stitch still on the left hand needle
1. Brp into the stitch, leaving it on the left hand needle.
The right needle with a purl stitch and yarn over, the left needle still holds the original stitch.
2. Yarn over.
The completed brpyobrk on the right hand needle
3. Brk into the same stitch, dropping it from the left hand needle.
