Newsletter:

My newsletter is sent out using services from MailChimp, and you can read their privacy policy here. I do not store any of this information myself, but I do have access to your email address via MailChimp.

Pattern Sales:

Pattern Sales through http://www.lizcorke.com are handled through Payhip.com and payments are handled through Paypal. You can read Payhip’s privacy policy here. Payhip stores your email address with your order and I have access to this.

Ravelry:

Pattern sales are handled through Ravelry and you can read their privacy policy here. I receive a copy of each download email when a pattern is purchased automatically from Ravelry as a proof of sale and delete this email after a week. Ravelry stores your email address, which may be linked to your Ravelry account if you are a member, and I have access to this sales information through Ravelry.

Paypal:

Payments are processed through PayPal and you can read their privacy policy here. When I download my sales data from PayPal for accounting, I do not download or store lists with names, addresses or email addresses – I simply store the sales figures for tax purposes.

Stripe

Payments are processed through Stripe and you can read their privacy policy here. I can see the email addresses of those who send payments through Stripe in my account. I do not download data from Stripe as I use data from Payhip for these sales.

LoveCrafts:

My patterns are also available from LoveCrafts you can read their privacy policy here. LoveCrafts send me no payment or order details, only a monthly statement with the number of each pattern sold.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact forms

The contact form on my site collects your email address and name and sends these to me in an email with your message.
