This is just a brkyobrk with an extra repeat so you end up with 5 stitches coming from 1.

A stitch on the left hand needle with a knit stitch through it on the right hand needle
1. Brk into stitch without dropping it from the needle.
The same stitch from step one, now with a yarn over on the right hand needle
2. Yarn over.
The stitch from before, now with an additional stitch and yarn over on the right hand needle
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2.
A final stitch has been made and the stich has been dropped from the left hand needle
4. Brk into the stitch again and drop from needle.
